Travel By Peta Return Policy

At Travel By Peta, each piece is created with care and attention to detail. Because our items are produced in limited quantities and are designed as elevated travel essentials, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or ordinary wear after use.
We accept returns only in the limited circumstances outlined below.
Eligible Returns
A return may be approved if one of the following applies:
- Manufacturing Defect
The item has a verified defect in materials, construction, hardware, stitching, zipper function, embossing, or other manufacturing-related detail. - Incorrect Item Received
The product received is not the item, size, color, or style that was ordered. - Damaged Upon Arrival
The item arrives damaged due to a packaging, transit, or fulfillment issue and the damage is reported promptly with supporting photos. - Missing or Incorrect Components
The order is missing a listed accessory, strap, pouch, tag, insert, or other component that was included in the product description at the time of purchase. - Substantially Not as Described
The item received materially differs from the product description, excluding minor variations in color, texture, finish, neoprene structure, embossing depth, or hardware tone that may naturally occur during production.
Return Window
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 20 days of receipt of the order.
Return requests submitted after 20 days may not be accepted.
Items That Are Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Personal preference regarding size, structure, color, finish, texture, or weight
- Items that have been used, worn, traveled with, washed, altered, marked, stained, or damaged after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor production variations that do not affect the use or quality of the item
- Products returned without prior written approval
- Final sale, sample sale, or promotional items, if marked as final sale at purchase

- Clear photos of the item, packaging, defect, damage, or incorrect product received
Travel By Peta will review the request and determine whether the item qualifies for return, replacement, repair, exchange, or refund.
Return Approval
All returns must be approved in writing before being sent back.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
Approved items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible, including all dust bags, tags, straps, accessories, inserts, and included components.
Refunds, Replacements, or Exchanges
For approved returns, Travel By Peta may offer one of the following remedies, depending on the issue and product availability:
- Replacement of the same item
- Exchange for the correct item
- Repair, where appropriate
- Refund to the original form of payment
Refunds, when approved, will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges may be refunded only when the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or fulfillment error.
Return Shipping
For approved returns involving a verified manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or fulfillment error, Travel By Peta will provide return shipping instructions and may provide a prepaid return label.
If an item is returned and the issue cannot be verified, or the item is found to have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery, the return may be declined.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 20 days of receipt so we can review and resolve the issue.
Please keep the original packaging until the matter is resolved, as photos of the packaging may be required for review.
Limited-Quantity Items
Because many Travel By Peta items are produced in limited runs, replacement availability is not guaranteed. If a replacement is unavailable for an approved return, we may offer a refund, repair, exchange, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
